My client is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their Market– leading Estate Agent in Bristol. This is a non–corporate Estate Agent, with three very successful offices. My client and his team are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance, service and advice to all customers.
The Sales Progressor will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process.
The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed, through to exchange and completion. This is a paramount role which is built on relationships, trust and clear communication.
Job role will include: –
Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process.
Liaising with mortgage brokers, surveyors and conveyancers.
Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner.
Delivering a first–class customer experience
Do you have what it takes?
3 years industry experience either in Estate Agency or conveyancing ESSENTIAL.
Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process.
Good communicator.
Exceptional organisation.
The ability to solve problems in a calm & productive manner.
