Our client is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator, to join their independent Estate Agent. This is an opportunity to join a Market Leading Estate Agent and brand in Huddersfield.
The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales
.
This role is for an existing Sales Negotiator wishing to take that next step in their career.
You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver a first–class service experience every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen and genuine, and be looking to progress a career with a market leading Estate and Lettings Agency. The skills required for the Sales Negotiator role will include:
