Key Responsibilities:

Viewings and Lettings: Conduct apartment viewings, both in–person and via video, and close deals to secure new lettings.

Tenancy Renewals: Negotiate renewals with existing residents to extend tenancies, fostering long–term relationships.

Inspections and Turnarounds: Complete apartment inspections at various stages of tenancy and oversee the turnaround process to maintain high standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in a customer–facing role, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate terms, with a focus on maximising rental income and minimising void periods.

Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of residents and stakeholders.

Problem–Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring resident satisfaction.
