Description

The Regional Operations Manager is an integral role for executing our facility management deliverables and team management for day–to–day functions for building operations and maintenance of facilities. This role will provide support to our EMEA IFM Director by managing Regional / EMEA related programmes and site management.

With your operational Regional / EMEA experience, you will help embed operational best practices, robust governance, and overall day to day management across the account. You will work closely with our client on executing their strategy and supporting your team.

You will anticipate and meet the needs of the team and client to ensure an elevated level of service. You will provide insight and guidance by utilizing operational data and information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and contributes to client's strategic plans and creates and implements associated programmes and team developmentCollaborative working and solutioning with your client stakeholdersFinancial management including budget governance and savings identificationProvides vision, strategy support, and guidance for scope of EMEA servicesOwns and manages the account innovation process and KPI site governance as per Global KPI frameworkIn partnership with the EMEA IFM Director, maintain regular contact with the Site Teams; advise and support on site issues, incidents, escalations and innovationsRecommend and implement improved ways of working to achieve our goal of continuous improvement and best practicesCreate and deliver account wide training in line with scope of work

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

EMEA experience across multiple countries is mandatoryProven experience of working with multiple client stakeholders in various locationsAbility to manage direct reports and corresponding teams in a virtual environmentExperience with data systems, data analytics and creating reportsProven ability to guide and coach team members across EMEA, physical and virtualExcellent management, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsSelf–motivation and organizational skills to complete projects in a timely mannerAn operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other management systemsProven track record of delivering training and implementing standards
