The Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects. Conduct measurements and valuations for applications, variations, and final accounts. Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events effectively. Produce Cash Flow Forecasts and manage invoicing processes. Facilitate monthly project reviews and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. You
Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and their practical applications. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functionalities. Experience in Civil Engineering and Construction projects is a plus.
