Property Manager – 25,000 – 35,000 DOE

My client is a well–established independent Estate Agents based in Guildford. They are passionate about delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants, and value reliability, efficiency, and teamwork. The role is fully office based Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of approx. 200 residential propertiesCoordinating repairs, maintenance, and inspectionsLiaising with landlords, tenants, and contractorsEnsuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsHandling tenancy renewals, deposits, and rent arrearsUsing Street software to streamline day–to–day operationsOccasional property visits as required (own car essential)What you need:

Previous experience as a Property Manager Full UK driving licence and own vehicleMust live within a 40–minute drive of the officeStrong knowledge of residential property management processesConfident using property management software (Street experience a bonus)Highly organised with excellent communication and problem–solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

NB: Consideration can only be given to candidates living within a 40 minute driveable commute from Guildford due to office location(s).
