Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well–respected client in Reading for a Property Assistant, paying an annual salary of 25,000 + commission. If you are passionate about real estate and providing excellent customer service, this is the role for you.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with alternate Saturdays with a half day off on alternate Fridays.
As the Property Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Assist clients in buying & selling propertiesConduct property viewings.Provide expert advice on market trends and property valuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targetsEnsure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately The successful Property Assistant will have the following related skills / experience:
