Description

Social housing provider in Cambridgeshire are currently looking for a Planned Works Manager to join their property and sustainability team.

The overall purpose of the role is to lead all planned maintenance investment works for the client:

Delivering planned maintenance investment works and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects to create sustainable, energy–efficient social housing. Managing contracts and contractor relationships through the investment work programmes. Working closely with stakeholders within our organisation and within key partner organisations. Accountable for the setting and delivery of budgets in line with the organisational goals and guaranteeing value for money is achieved. Focusing on developing a positive and motivating employee culture. Ensure customers receive a well–planned, safe and effective service which meets best practice in resident liaison and communication. You will act as a leader for all capital investment works for the organisation, including warmer homes, sustainability and decarbonisation projects.

Strong decarbonisation social housing experience is esstential for this role.

–Hybrid working split depending on location
