Part–time Centre Assistant

Description

Our client is seeking a professional and customer–focused Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy business centre within the serviced office industry. This role offers variety and the chance to work in a fast–paced, client–oriented environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 13:30

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitorsHandle general administrative tasksRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in personEnsure the centre remains safe, well–presented, and running smoothlySupport the team with ad hoc duties

Requirements:
