Job Opportunity – Contract Manager Location: East Sussex Salary: 50,000 plus benefits MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager on behalf of a leading property services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of a key contract, ensuring both operational excellence and financial viability. You'll be the primary contact for the client and lead a team to maintain high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and drive contract performance to exceed both client and business expectationsLead a team of Supervisors, Administrators, and Resident Liaison Officers, including responsibility for recruitment, retention, training, and developmentBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and resident groupsMonitor delivery of works to ensure compliance with agreed specifications and quality standardsPromote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness throughout the teamRequirements

Strong team leadership and people management skillsIn–depth understanding of contract management principlesAbility to manage a busy and varied workload effectivelyClean DBSFull UK Driving Licence
