Due to continued growth, our client now seeks an enthusiastic Lettings Portfolio Manager for their busy team based in Clifton to provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of short–term lettings properties across Bristol. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast–growing segment of the property industry.

The role:

Manage daily operations of short–term rental propertiesCoordinate guest check–ins, check–outs, and communicationOversee cleaning and maintenance schedulesEnsure properties meet quality and safety standardsOptimise occupancy rates and pricing strategiesHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergenciesMaintain accurate records and reportsList and update properties on rental platformsEnsure compliance with industry legislation and regulationsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and contractorsCarry out property visits and inspections The person:

Essential: 1 year experience in a customer facing, customer service orientated roleEssential: Full driving license and own vehicleExperience within the property industry is desirable but not essentialThrive on keeping busy and enjoy working under pressureExcellent telephone manner and F2F customer service skillsGreat negotiation skillsMeticulous attention to detailAn outgoing personality with a passion for customer serviceDemonstrate first class administrative skillsExcellent time management skills including the ability to prioritiseCustomer facing experienceAn analytical person who can communicate well with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills at all levelsAbility to work on own initiative but all works well as part of a busy team The package:
