We're working with a market–leading developer and operator to recruit a Lettings Negotiator. If you're experienced in lettings, driven by results, and ready to be part of something exciting from the ground up, this is the role for you.

You'll be letting a fresh pipeline of high–quality apartments in a fast–paced environment, where demand is strong and stock moves quickly, giving you the opportunity to earn excellent commission from day one.

Key responsibilities will include:

Listing and marketing properties across major portalsManaging a busy viewings diary and conducting property toursQualifying applicants and guiding them through the lettings journeyScreening applications prior to referencingEnsuring full compliance across the lettings process and documentationReleasing properties to market in line with internal sign–offDaily performance reporting and applicant trackingMaintaining knowledge of local competition and ensuring show flats are always ready

What we're looking for:

Experience in residential lettings or a fast–paced property environmentUnderstanding of the full lettings process and compliance requirementsStrong customer service and communication skillsConfident managing time, diaries, and multiple prioritiesComputer literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, and lettings softwareARLA qualification desirable, or willing to work towards itFull UK driving licence is essential
