Land Negotiator – Sidcup

Salary – 20,000 – 25,000, OTE 40K 1st year + Car allowance

Working Hours: 5 days – Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm Saturdays 8.45am – 3pm

We have an amazing opportunity for a Land Negotiator to join an independent property agent in their fantastic office based in Sidcup. Working alongside an ambitious team you will have great customer service and administration skills. Our client will consider a Junior or an experienced candidate for this role, if you have worked in a similar role and feel you have the experience behind you to confidently create opportunities this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive, and personable. A good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, a full clean driving licence and own car is not essential for this role.

Requirements:

Driven to succeed. Able to work independently to reach targets. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Well organised with an attention to detail. Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
