Description

The L&D Business Partner will:

Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals focusing heavily on the early careers and graduate space.Collaborate with Senior stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored programmes.Manage the end–to–end delivery of training initiatives, including workshops and e–learning modules.Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programmes and provide actionable insights for improvement.Support leadership teams in fostering a culture of growth and professional development.Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in the Professional Services sector.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training delivery.Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed.Profile

A successful L&D Business Partner should have:

Proven experience in learning and development within a professional setting.Strong knowledge of best practices and trends in the early careers L&D space.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.Familiarity with e–learning platforms and digital training tools.A proactive and solutions–focused approach to challenges.Relevant qualifications or certifications in L&D or human resources.Job Offer
