This is an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to provide expertise in a not–for–profit construction environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, promoting safety, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the sector.

Description

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Provide expert advice on safety measures and best practices within the construction sector.Develop and implement risk assessments for ongoing and future projects.Deliver training sessions to staff on health and safety protocols.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety standards into planning and execution.Keep up to date with industry regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance.Profile

A successful Health & Safety Advisor should have:

A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.Experience in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.Proven ability to deliver training and communicate safety measures effectively.Knowledge of incident investigation processes and reporting standards.Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications.A proactive and detail–oriented approach to work.Job Offer
