An exciting opportunity to join the Centre Management team within a Real Estate organisation, supporting the delivery of an industry–leading Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) and ensuring compliance with UK statutory obligations and ISO standards. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight, with hybrid working available (3 days in–office).

The Health & Safety Risk Manager will be responsible for:

Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSMS, ensuring alignment with ISO45001 and ISO14001.Managing risk registers, audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness across the centre.Supporting the Head of Risk Management in delivering key maintenance and capital projects.Overseeing accident/incident reporting and claims management, including investigations and insurer liaison.Ensuring contractor compliance with permit–to–work systems and centre policies.Partnering with Facilities Management to maintain fire safety standards and update Fire Risk Assessments.Delivering risk management training, toolbox talks, and supporting team development.Managing dotted line reports including the Fire Safety Manager and Risk Management Executive. The Health & Safety Risk Manager will have:

NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).IOSH Managing Safely certification.Experience in health, safety, and fire safety within a retail or public–facing environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven ability to lead audits, manage risk registers, and deliver compliance strategies.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant risk management software.
