We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join a long–term social housing project in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for consistent work with the potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Fitting flat–lay vinyl with welds

Installing Polysafe anti–slip floor tiles

Latex/prep work to ensure subfloor readiness

Working across both tenanted and void properties

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness

Requirements:

Proven experience in social housing floor laying

Skilled in flat–lay vinyl and welds

Experience with Polysafe anti–slip flooring

Competent in floor prep including latexing

Own tools, PPE, and vehicle

Strong communication skills and a can–do attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
