The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing primarily 1 passive fire remedial contractor Monitor and manage completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions Provide guidance to internal staff members on completion of Fire Safety actionsCommunicate with internal teams to help with access, etcRaise, track & receipt purchase orders our systemLead weekly and monthly contract meetings with contractor/s, set agendas, consistently reviewing workloads, expected completions, work in progress, etc.Liaise with consultants, when needed for post inspections, quote checks, specifications, etcKey skills experience:

Experience in contract /and or stakeholder managementKnowledge of fire risk and the applicable statutory and regulatory requirementsFinancial management ensuring our Contractors are paid on timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem–solving and decision–making skills.Effective IT skills including intermediate MS Office skillsEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
