Description

Randstad C&P are currently seeking a proactive and personable Facilities Assistant to provide front of house and general facilities support at a vibrant and modern office environment in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client–facing position and takes pride in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well–maintained office space.

The Package:

Tempeorary Contract with immeidate start End Date: 28/09/2025Rate: 13 per hour (PAYE)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, on a shift rota (08:00–16:00 / 08:30–16:30 / 09:30–17:30)Flexibility required to cover sickness or holidays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front–of–house reception and administrative supportAssist in the day–to–day running of the office environmentLiaise with internal teams and external service providersSupport meeting room management, office supplies, and facility–related queriesCollaborate with the Facilities Manager and other team members to ensure high standards of service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate settingFriendly, helpful, and professional mannerAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast–paced environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic IT toolsIf you're enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and take pride in keeping a workplace running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
