Description
I would love to see CVs for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well–established housing association based in Portishead, just west of Bristol. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the social housing sector and be confident managing a varied portfolio of projects related to damp, mould, and disrepair.

Key responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor role:
Work closely with the Home Repairs Service team to deliver a full range of building surveying services and project supportManage your own portfolio, including scoping and overseeing day–to–day worksHandle HHSRS cases and complex projects from inception to completionProduce detailed reports and specifications, including those supporting Section 20 notices, damp & mould cases, and disrepair claims
Damp and Mould Surveyor requirements:
HHSRS qualificationHNC or HND in a relevant fieldProven experience within the social housing sector
