Description
Customer Service Executive
OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client s successful and growing team.
We re looking for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service, as you'll be converting inbound calls and emails into memberships.
You'll need strong organisational skills to manage enquiries within set timeframes, and great attention to detail for handling amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
Clear communication is essential, especially when dealing with compliance issues like eligibility criteria and renewal payments.
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Full–time, 9am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after a successful 6–month probation period.
Salary: Up to GBP26,000 depending on experience

Acting as first point of contact for members and prospective members including making sure packs are sent and replying to emailsOnboarding new members and related administrationProactively contacting abandoned registrations, other leads and members for renewalResponding to member, consumer and other interested parties who have compliance related enquiriesLiaising with the internal Compliance teamAttending trade shows and other events on behalf of all schemes as and when requiredAs sector leaders in the private rented sector, we expect all teammates to keep up to date with what is happening in the property market generally Customer Service Executive – Skills and Experience:
Experience in the property sector especially the private rented sector, will be useful but not essentialAn excellent level of written and verbal communication along with good numerical skillsDrive and self–determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problemsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new systems and processes as needed.
