You'll also play a key role in mentoring a junior team member working toward their APC – a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out detailed building and condition surveys on commercial propertiesAdvising clients through feasibility studies and project strategyManaging contracts from pre–construction to completionLeading on dilapidations assessments and negotiationsDelivering practical, reliable, and client–focused consultancy servicesWhat We're Looking For

MRICS Building SurveyorStrong technical background across surveys, feasibility, contracts, and dilapidationsConfident communicator who enjoys building client relationshipsProblem–solver with a proactive, hands–on attitudeSkilled in using industry–standard software and reporting toolsWhat's On Offer
