Description
We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. This role is working in void properties, on a self–employed, on–going contract.
The Carpenter/Multi Trade will be carrying out:
2nd fix joinery such as fitting internal doors, skirting boards and architravesKitchen fitting/repairs Basic Plumbing Patch plastering Tiling Painting
For this Carpenter/Multi Trade role you will need:
Social housing experienceFull UK driving licenseYour own transportNVQ or City and Guild in any relevant trade
In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will get:
18 per hour (CIS payments available) Use of company van & fuel card during working hours Long term contractWeekly payASAP start
