Description
I am looking for a Property Surveyor to work for a housing association that specialise in housing those with learning disabilities and autism. This is a home–based role with occasional travel to sites between Stoke–on–Trent and Bristol. The Property Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining all assets to a high standard.

Property Surveyor duties:
Asset Management– maintaining the stock condition surveys.Quality Assurance– management of client/ team projects and delivery of high–quality work. Financial Management– ensure that works are coded using the appropriate contract and schedule of work and check to ensure accurate pricing.Service Delivery Management – preparation and negotiation of dilapidations on behalf of landlord or tenant. Relationship Management– responsible for maintaining stakeholder engagement.
Property Surveyor desired requirements:
Minimum HND/C in a Building related disciplineUnderstands CDM and health and safety upon the delivery of any contract works.Knowledge of financial control and budget management to ensure a successful delivery of Planned Investment works.Willingness to travel between Stoke–on–Trent and Bristol.
