As a Property Manager, you ll oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed–use developments, acting as the main point of contact for clients, freeholders, and leaseholders. Your mission is to ensure top–tier service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices. &#(phone number removed); Key Responsibilities: &#(phone number removed); Conduct regular property inspections and generate detailed reports &#(phone number removed); Prepare and manage service charge budgets and client accounts &#(phone number removed);??? Coordinate building and directors insurance and manage claims &#(phone number removed);??? Organize and attend AGMs, EGMs, and residents meetings &#(phone number removed); Handle leaseholder correspondence, lease breaches, and complaints &#(phone number removed);???
