The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the London Building Consultancy division. This is a senior appointment within the team, with responsibility for leading high value projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver the full range of building surveying services including dilapidations, contract administration, technical due diligence, building surveys, and project monitoring Act as project lead on major client instructions, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timescales and budgets Provide strategic advice across a variety of commercial property matters with technical and commercial insight Develop and manage strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business development Support and mentor junior members of the team, contributing to their technical and professional growth Work closely with senior leadership to support the growth strategy of the London Building Consultancy division About You

MRICS qualified with extensive post qualification experience in building surveying Strong track record of delivering both professional and project based services within commercial real estate Consultancy background preferred, with proven ability to manage client relationships at senior level Experienced in leading and mentoring junior surveyors within a team environment Excellent technical knowledge, report writing, and client presentation skills Commercially minded, proactive, and able to identify new opportunities for growth What's on Offer
