Your role will primarily be based in Edinburgh with travel required to Glasgow and Aberdeen on a professional services FM contract. You will be responsible for:

Supporting the FM to manage a full TFM contract across a large estateManagement of H&S and complianceBuilding & maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the contractManaging PPM schedulesAttending regular meetings with key stakeholdersProviding weekly, monthly and quarterly reportsAbout you
