I am in no way a techy type, at my great age I have great grandchildren who I really on for such things. Jasper was so very reassuring, putting me at ease, so much so, my worries and concerns were swept away. He knows what he is doing, and as events showed, is extremely good at it. All was resolved in a very short time and at a price I was very comfortable with. I ended up with a laptop looking and working as it should be. Thank you Jasper, much appreciated, Don.

Joseph of Green Leaf IT provided a prompt and professional service from the point of initial contact to completion of the laptop repair. Joseph is very personable and I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. The repair required a follow up after the initial inspection and repair but this was processed swiftly within a few days without any inconvenience to myself. I have Joseph's business card next to my work station and I would not hesitate to engage his services again.
