Wayne was very professional yet friendly. I described the issue and he diagnosed the issue as being the battery as well as the CPU fan. He gave me a couple of options on how to rectify the issue and helped me to understand what may work best. I was so worried I’d have to buy a new laptop or that I may be wasting my money but I needn’t have worried. I trusted his judgement completely as he was so clear and straight forward and and rightly so. He put my mind at ease. He talked through what he was doing every step of the way. As well as replacing my battery and CPU fan he gave me an understanding on what needed to be done and why, he was accurate with the issue and now I have an almost brand new laptop again. He talked me what to do to ensure I maintain battery life as long as possible. I was very happy with the quality of his service as well it being good value for money. He was happy for me to stay in touch for follow up questions or anything related to ICT issues in general. Will definitely be contacting him in the future if I ever need his services again. Got back to me same day. Friendly, prompt, knows what he's talking about and cracks on with the job in hand, then tells me when it's time to finish as staying longer is wasting my money. Explains what he's done as well. Definitely will use again.

BRILLIANT SERVICE: Its always a worry finding someone to trust to fix a laptop or pc. I worried for nothing Wayne was helpful from beginning to end of the job. He advised me to think hard before went ahead with the broken laptop screen as he thought a new pc might be a better option . But i decided i wanted it fixed , i made the damage worse by doing a strip down while deciding what to do. Any it all ended well . Today i got it back works a treat . Very happy , wife happy as was her pc .If you want a gut who will go the extra mile , look no further , trust me you wont be disappointed , fast reliable , and keeps you informed every step of the way , Thanks wayne , great job

Wayne was very efficient and communication was excellent. Contacted me on same day of request and kept me informed of progress during the whole process. Repair on actual day of laptop screen was very fast. Would definitely use again.
