I don’t think words can convey how grateful I am to Seun of Texttot Digital for the massive amount of work and support to produce my new stunning website. I whittled down a choice of 4 companies but was immediately impressed with Seun in our Zoom meeting and felt we clicked with his demeanour and attitude and a few volunteered pointers of how he could help the business going forward which I hadn’t thought or knew about. This already gave him the edge. His genuine wish to give me a site that I would be thrilled about ticking all the boxes I had in my limited knowledge plus many more. So even when down to the final 2, he responded to my final queries and wish list with speed and agreed to my amended list without any queries. From the very start, he put me at ease and worked extremely hard to understand my ideas and what I was after whilst giving his superior knowledge when I wanted something that just wouldn’t work well with a comprehensive explanation of why, which is essential for me to accept something when I am told no! I took all his advice without question as it made perfect sense when he explained the reasons and showed again, his expertise in this field but also his knowledge of how the website should work to build my business and make it successful. Of course, the point of a website is to attract buyers but his wider knowledge really drove home the power of it, if done correctly. His wealth of knowledge about a truly workable e-commerce site, the set up and collaborative shared Google Drive to be able to share my text, products, photos etc which of course only I could provide, was seamless, meaning also I could see exactly where we were at all the way through the process. He was also available at times convenient to me outside of normal business hours, which really worked well with my other business and family commitments and ensured I didn’t hold the project up too much, as he was there to answer all and any of my many many questions. I could not have chosen a more professional, knowledgeable company to carry out this complete rewrite of my website, the other having been pretty much useless and Seun had to start from scratch as no information could be pulled down from the existing site so in fact was not a revamp it ended up a brand new website entirely. I am absolutely thrilled with the additional ideas and text he dropped down, which was a pleasant surprise each time I viewed the draft website. Things that have totally enhanced the final product but something I wouldn’t have thought of in a hundred years. And the best thing? This is not the end of our working relationship - he is stuck with me now (sorry Seun!) to help move the business forward and with his help, I have no doubt in my mind to future success!
