We all have symptoms of something, whether we are tired, bloated or have regular headaches. These are all warning signs from the body. But we ignore it and carry on. Why? What if we can address these symptoms in a way that works in harmony with the body?
Reflexology has no side effects, it is relaxing and can help your body restore itself. This is called homeostasis. I am so excited to help people, I have had great feedback from people that have noticed a real difference. The NHS is under so much strain with massive waiting lists... What other options do we have? Reflexology does not diagnose or claim to cure, but if I can help manage some of your symptoms it will benefit you immensely and will make me very happy.
