In excellent as new condition it folds up for easy storage and will save an expensive gym membership. Adjustable resistance that combines 6 great exercises that works out your entire core upper, middle, lower abs, obliques and works in both directions on each rep. Brought for a pensioner to get exercise but it’s never been used and never will be!!!
