Shipping container studio space to rent at The Bone Yard site in Canton, Cardiff. The site has 10 up cycled containers used for small creative businesses. Currently onsite we have a jeweller, crystal business, woodworker, ceramics studio, knitting studio and an onsite cafe. The site has 24 hr access, cctv and toilets.
The space is 20ft x 8ft with electricity, there is no capacity for water.
Rent is £350 p/m plus electricity which is billed as per meter use. You just pay for your usage.
We take one months rent as a deposit and the contracts are flexible with one months notice to leave.
