The Boardroom is located on the first floor within the main building with lift access.

Our Boardroom can hold up to 12 people, has internet access, multiple power points and includes a viewing screen for presentations.

There is an onsite café for refreshments, toilets and ample parking space for attendees within the onsite car park located at the back of the building.

Our Boardroom is available to rent at £25 PER HOUR + VAT.

The Midlothian Innovation Business Centre offers spacious and modern open place offices, individual offices, office suites, equipped kitchens, multi-use rooms and outdoor business and storage Units, just 7 miles south of Edinburgh.

Our Main Building has 21500 sq ft of office space of varying sizes over two floors. Our Centre House Building provides a further 6000 sq ft of office and laboratory space over four floors.

Our Administration Team is available to support daily. Entry is via security key fob and CCTV is in place across the site and internally in the main building.
