Description
Unique original American oak coffee table with extending top
We picked up this table locally with the intention of keeping but now due to a change of plan we don't have room for it. We were not the original owners so know very little about the table. Unfortunately there is no manufacturers label except for the mechanism which is from Denton USA.
It has a very nice quality oak veneer finish with inlay to top and bottom shelf. There are 2 newspaper / magazine racking sections under the table with a storage area in the middle. Plastic wheels have been fitted later which do add practicality as they're very functional but can easily be removed / replaced with nicer wheels if preferred.
Due to the mechanism being made in USA and the style of the table we think its American although we don't know.
The top extends upward and at an angle and can be used at various heights / positions. This makes for a very quirky and practical feature that allows easier access to your drinks / snacks etc if relaxing on your sofa or armchair!
Dimensions: height 47cm (top down), width 92cm, depth 91cm. Height when table is fully extended will be added later as table is currently in storage.
In excellent overall used condition. There are some marks and minor dents to some edges but not many. We haven't yet given the table a wax or a clean so it will look even better after a freshen up. Happy to do this before collection.
Open to offers and info about the table would be much appreciated.
