With its dramatic marquetry, this is a rare and beautiful Mid-century coffee table to grace any room
Having had a full refurbishment, this coffee table has wonderful marquetry on its top. I’ve stripped back to its bare veneer and refinished with OSMO wax oil and then a top coat of hard wax to offer sturdy protection.
Over all condition is good, with the top veneer showing expected patina (fine cracks due to drying) which only added to its charm. With several cots of wax oil it’s now got great protection.
