Description
Well used but also well loved. It’s been in the cupboard for a year or so because my significant other bought me a dual boiler machine. I kept it in the cupboard, not to be mean to it but because it’s a beaut and it’s taken me a while to get over my relationship with it!
It works and is in decent condition apart from the base where the joint weld at the back has come un-stuck, you can see this circled in one of the pics.
A truly beautiful design classic. If you’ve owned a pre 2004 Ducati you’ll understand the typical classic Italian design features, it looks amazing, it does the job well, but it needs proper owner involvement to make the most of the relationship. An espresso pod machine this IS NOT!
Comes with a couple of portafilter handles, one with different size grind holders and one for the paper ESE pods, which are a great way of using pods without effing up the ecosystem.
Will come with a power lead, I just forgot to photograph that!
It is what it says on the tin, but here’s some copy and pasted blurb in case you need it:
The FrancisFrancis X3 was designed for people with less space in their kitchen. Like the other machines in the FrancisFrancis range, it has a brass boiler as standard, which makes a fabulous cup of coffee with the Easy Serving Espresso (ESE) system. It heats fast and has a very good recovery time between steaming and brewing.
The big knob on the side controls the hot water dispenser for tea and the steam nozzle for making marvellous cappuccinos.
Width 18cm x Depth 27cm x Height 30cm
Water Reservoir @ 1.2L
Pump pressure 15 bar
Body is made of H30 anodized aluminum
