Lean, study and practice:
Strikes, punches, kicks, throws, balance taking, joint locks, control/restraint, defensive strategy/theory of self defence, special anatomy points study, footwork/effective movement.

Cardio, body conditioning, explosive power, flexibility, stress relief.

Training in: partner drills, pads, impact shields, bag work - Martial Arts/self defence theory.

Friendly, qualified Instructors with over 30 plus years of study and experience in numerous fighting arts and fitness - Karate (Japanese, Okinawan, Freestyle) Jujutsu, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Tae Kwon-Do, Ninpo Tai Jutsu.
