DreamSpin Hoop Dance is Brighton's original Hula Hoop Dance company and has been teaching hoop for 15 years.
Join us on Monday nights for fun, friendly sociable hoop classes. You will learn how to hoop with ease on your waist and learn fun hoop tricks and combos that help you dance with your hoop! Improvers will be progressing to chest/shoulder hooping and more complex hoop tricks.
Oh! And you will also be burning approx 300 cals in the process if you are looking for a new healthy activity.
