After moving in we had several damp related issues and were repeatedly told it was related to heating, air circulation etc... We decided that other areas needed to be considered and thankfully were recommended by a friend to Heritage who provided an assessment of the property and immediately recognized issues with the modern non-breathable plaster that was present, inside, and out. Marcus explained the situation and what was required so we proceeded by replacing both with lime. The situation has greatly improved since the works, and we’re relieved to have found the solution. The work was on time, the team were friendly, and it also looks far better now than it did beforehand. Thank you!
