Extremely unprofessional and full of lies. I wasted a day’s work for the work, and no one turned up and constantly kept saying they are 5 mins and then stopped answering my phone. When called from a different number said he is in hospital and said it’s been sub contracted to another company which I find extremely unprofessional and then hung up on me. Do not use them!

Outstanding experience from start to finish, and - quite simply - the best contractors/roofing service we've ever used. They came when they said they would, kept me fully informed about everything, and did a superb job. Our house of 5 flats in SW10 has used various firms in the last 18 years for all sorts of roof and other repairs, and always had issues from missed deadlines to sloppy work, not being kept informed, and lots more. Rated Roofing blew all these other firms out of the water in terms of fast response to initial enquiry (Jay visited next day), compared to a well known London roofing company that took 11 days to reply to me. They provided a fast, detailed and competitive quote, firm dates to do the work (which they stuck to) and from beginning to end it was seamless, flawless - and all five owners of the flats are SO impressed with the experience. While installing a lead gutter at the rear of the ouse, they identified rotten battens, cracked slates and more that would cause us future problems - didn't push us to do it, just said we should look at it. Glad we did, it was in a terrible state, and we added that onto the spec for a good price, and they again did a terrific job. Jay also provided lots of before/after photos and videos, which is a great record for future reference. I'm not known for giving glowing reviews to anything unless the service/product I get is truly outstanding, as many businesses and firms know to their cost on google reviews, tripadvisor etc. In this case, I cannot think of a single thing they could have improved on - and I hope my honest review helps them, and anyone else wanting to find a genuine, professional, proactive, responsive business like this. Finally, I want to thank Rated Roofing Services on behalf of all the owners here in Coleheren Road for a job very well done.
