Description
A rare opportunity to purchase a matching PAIR (2) of ArtDeco Italian Bevelled Glass and Brass Lantern Style Lamp Shades in extremely good condition for year. These date back to mid last century and have been in use till recently in a Welsh Country Home near Welshpool. Family item that has been well looked after. The exact date of purchase is not known but estimated about 80 years old and belonged to a late family member. They have fittings for old style light shade holders Bakelite type that will accept the B22 bulb holder. Two original-type candle bulbs are included and were replacements for the ones taken out during removal. They are apparently unused and boxed but dated.
Please note that due to the age of these fine ArtDeco items there is some aging marks and usage. They have been valued as a pair and the asking price is well below this. Reasonable Offers will be considered but not automatically accepted. They are a lovely pair of lantern glass shades for all types of properties.
These are sold as a pair and will not be split. The sale is for a PAIR and total is 2 lantern shades.
If you have any further questions please feel free to ask and we will try to answer the best we can.
