Central London
Salary: Salary package up to £40000
Hours: 40 per week (mainly Tue-Sat afternoon)
My client's London Cookery School brings the traditions of Italy to life through hands-on classes and events.
They're looking for a Culinary Trainer to lead their fantastic cookery experiences, with a particular focus on fresh pasta, pizza, and other Italian specialities.

Teach and inspire guests through engaging cookery classes and eventsLead demonstrations confidently in front of large groupsShare stories, techniques, and traditions of Italian cuisineManage kitchen operations including ordering and stock controlCollaborate on new class concepts and seasonal menusFor this role to be considered, you MUST have Italian Cuisine experience AND be on Junior Sous or Sous Chef Level
