Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and skill set.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef with knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Show initiative while working well within the team.
