Absolutely gorgeous Susie Watson large Gustavian bench seat.
This has been handmade by exceptional artisans in India.
As with all Susie Watson items they are made for everyday practical family use.
Each and every item is handmade so no two items are ever the same which means you have a one off.
This seat has had lots of use but is still in excellent condition.
It is solid , sturdy and heavy.
You may notice the backrest has a slightly different rail, this is due to the original being damaged during a house move.
We contacted SW to enquire about having one made, this could be done but there was no guarantee it would fit due to each item being handmade plus it was expensive so we decided it was not worth the risk.
My husband made this one and it looks absolutely fantastic plus I usually put a SW throw across the back.

Seat height from the floor is 46 cm.
The SW seat pad is not included nor are the cushions.
