Pair Barcelona Chairs & Stools Reproduction White Lounge Restoration Project

These chairs and stools are in the style of the Barcelona chair, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1929 and have a great retro look. They have very heavy metal frames, faux leather straps and faux leather covered seat cushions. This set is sold for restoration, as can be seen from pictures the straps have worn over time, a few have snapped, some have been secured in place with cable ties - they could all do with being replaced. The cushions have some wear throughout, particularly to the beading sections, again the material would be best replaced. There are marks and scuffs in places from use and age, please see photos for full detail of condition.

Approximate measurements for the chairs are 32 1/4" (82cm) tall, 30 1/2" (77.5cm) wide and 32 1/2" (82.5cm) deep, with a seat height of 17 1/2" (44.5cm) and seat depth of 21" (53cm). Approximate measurements for the stool are 14 1/2" (37cm) tall, 25 1/2" (65cm) long and 24 3/4" (63cm) deep (on legs).
