Description
We have 3 adorable kittens that are ready to go to their forever homes. (Was 5, both boys have been rehomed, 3 girls left)
They are of mixed breed. Part domestic, part bengal. They’ve been litter trained, just not vaccinated. Each kitten has their own little personality, ranging from gentle to daring, but they’re very social with each other.
In the pictures, I’ve labelled which which are girls and which are boys. If you would like to see more pictures, please message me.
In regards to deworming, they’ve been dewormed on week 3 and again on week 8. Please continue to deworm them once a month until they reach 6 months of age (24 weeks).
Deworming is needed to kill any parasites that could potentially be in their system or else they can get seriously ill, especially if they’re exposed to outdoors or outdoor pets.
With each kitten, you’ll be given 2 packets of Dreamies Creamy or Lick-e-Lix or equivalent, and a blanket which has the scent of the mother and siblings so they can feel at ease and be comfortable.
Extra notes:
If you intend on clipping their nails, please be careful to not clip the pink part of their nails or else they would bleed.
Ensure they don’t jump from high surfaces yet.
They are very curious at this age so please restrict them from going outdoors as of that age, preferred they stay as indoor cats in my opinion.
They build a bond quite quickly. You just have to pet them and play with them to the point they become tired. In doing so the they become comfortable and even sleep next you and eventually build a strong attachment.
Feed them wet and dry food as well as water. They don’t need milk formula as they don’t depend on being nursed anymore. They eat when they are hungry but we usually feed them three times a day, a bit of wet food, then a bit of dry, then wet again, in proportion to their size. You can transition them to more dry food once they become 4 months of age or more.
For cat litter, aim for clumping cat litter as it’s easier to clean. Non-clumping ones are a bit more difficult.
They love to play with their siblings. So if you intend on only getting one, there’s a risk of separation anxiety and confusion, so having two is great for them, but if not, make sure you always stay close and play and give them toys and random things to play with, like boxes, scrunched paper, cat tunnels, and things they would be curious about.
They also need to be microchipped before they reach week 20.
