This was my first time using a private chef, and my word, it won't be my last. From our first contact emails, through menu planning and then the dinner last night, the whole experience has been a delight. Steve was recommended by a friend from a few doors away - she said I'd love it. And she was right. The food was exquisite, and having someone quietly serving the wine and best of all, tidying up... it was just brilliant. I can't recommended NB Catering Consultants highly enough. Lesley

Steve is an artist who creates delicious, attractive and unique food for any special occasion. He catered for our wedding last month and produced an incredible menu that was enjoyed by everyone. He is a true professional and has a can do attitude so nothing was too much trouble. He even made the most delicious 4 tiered sausage roll wedding cake which was perfect! Thank you Steve for making our day so special!

We had Steve’s Christmas dine at home and it was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food and the taste was out of this world. Everything was prepared for us and we had clear and easy instructions on how to finish off and plate everything. It was definitely the most relaxed Christmas Day we have had. No-one went hungry - was so much food! Starters, mains (3 meats), desserts, cheeseboard and amazing chocolate truffles. We will be booking again for 2025!

He was amazing as was his food. Arrived exactly when he said, served us on time and left the kitchen exactly as he found it. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
