Piglet's Kitchen is a small catering company with the personal touch, professionally trained at Ashburton Cookery School to ensure your dining experience is both wonderful and memorable for you and your guests.

We take the stress out of entertaining in your own home or appropriate venue - let us do it for you!

Piglet's Kitchen will listen to your requirements to mould and design food around you and your guests to suit any occasion or theme.
We specialise in intimate Lunch/Dinner Parties for that special celebration and can also offer hot & cold tantalising Buffets and Work Lunches in offices or for that demanding fashion photo shoot!

We enjoy being able to have 'one to one chats' either over the phone or meeting up over a cup of coffee so we can really find out your expectations and what you are looking for.

Sarah served us up a fantastic dinner party as part of my wife’s birthday celebrations. Each of the three courses were superb and every one of the guests commented on how delicious the meal was. The timing and service was impeccable and I cannot recommend Piglet’s Kitchen highly enough.

Sarah has catered for our family a number of times now and did a farewell dinner for my son and his wife returning to New Zealand. Whilst there were only 6 of us, Sarah's attention to detail was faultless. As usual, the meal and the canapes beforehand was absolutely delicious. My son said it was the best prawn cocktail he had ever tasted! We would never hesitate to use Sarah for special occasions and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thanks to Piglet's Kitchen, we were able to have a most enjoyable celebration on our Diamond Wedding Anniversary in September this year. In advance we chose from a very varied menu and then left everything to Piglet's Kitchen which at our age, was a blessing - no hassle or stress! We had an excellent cold buffet done to perfection, starting with our old favourite prawn cocktail. Having used Piglet's Kitchen before, we knew we wouldn't be let down and would certainly highly recommend them.

We didn't think Sarah of Piglet's Kitchen could produce any better food than we have had in the past, but she excelled herself this weekend with a fabulous buffet lunch for 30 people, complete with delicious canapes beforehand. All our guests commented on how good the food was and were impressed even before they tasted it because of the lovely presentation. Well done Sarah! I would not hesitate to use Piglet's Kitchen whenever we have an event, be it small or large and I would unreservedly recommend her to all my friends. Thank you!

Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch. Everyone enjoyed it and having it prepared for us gave my husband and I more time to spend with the family. All the food went and was good to see clean plates all round.
