At least 40 sqm of this wood flooring.

Various Lengths: Longest planks are 220cm full length planks. Bulk of the wood flooring is full length 220cm planks. A stack of planks are 2m length. Some planks are cut shorter, 1.2-1.85 metres long, that all make 40sqm. plus some extra pieces offcuts that have been cut lengthways and some shorter pieces 50cm-80cm lengths useful for fitting the wood into a space to minimise wastage. Approx quantity based on allowing flexibility for some shorter lengths depending on the shape of your space how you can use it.

Selling for £595 for 20sq metres quantity £995 for the job lot.

or £30 per square metre for smaller quantities of the shorter planks 50cm-80cm-1metre planks, quantity based on plank length x width x number of planks.

Retail price of mahogany wood flooring is approx £80-120 for sq meter.
